How the ValueScore works
ValueScore is a verification database, not a hiring platform or marketplace. We do not hand over jobs, process payments, or broker projects. We help you confirm who a provider says they are before you decide to hire.
The five criteria
Each approved review rates five criteria from 1 to 5. Those ratings are weighted and scaled into a single score out of 100.

Why the ratings are hard to fake
- Accountable reviewers. Every review needs a real name, a reachable email and a description of the work delivered.
- Evidence of service. Reviewers submit proof of the engagement — a receipt, brief, contract or delivered file link. Reviews without verified evidence carry less weight in the score.
- Moderation before publishing. Reviews start as pending and only affect a score once approved.
- Verified providers. Providers pass identity (and, for companies, business) checks before earning a verified badge.
- Reporting. Anyone can report a suspicious review or profile for review by our team.

You can help keep the trust up in the creative market by rating a provider who has provided a job for you. If you can't find them here, recommend them and we'll reach out to invite them to claim a verified profile.
